Creating Your Instance

Checkout Process

Once you've selected your preferred product, simply click the Order button under the deployment size that best fits your needs. You’ll be redirected to the checkout page, where you’ll:

  • Enter a name for your new service.
  • Choose whether you're purchasing as an individual or on behalf of a company.
  • Complete the secure payment process.


After checkout, your service will begin deploying automatically. You’ll receive a notification when it's ready for use.

Using the GSH Dashboard

Once your service has been successfully deployed, you'll be redirected to the Hosted Services section of the GeoSpatialHosting Dashboard. This is where you can view and manage all your purchased services.

Retrieving Your Login Credentials

To log in to your new GeoNode hosted service:

  1. Click the Get Password button under your service.

  2. The credentials will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

  3. Click the Service Name to launch your new GeoNode.

Viewing Your Hosted Service Information

To view details about your hosted service:

  1. Click on the Hosted Service Tile.

  2. The Service Details page will open, displaying:

    • Instance Information
    • Enabled Features
    • Payment Details
    • Delete Instance option

Deleting a Hosted Service

To permanently remove a hosted instance:

  1. Navigate to the Service Details page of the service you want to delete.

  2. Scroll to the Delete Instance section and click Delete this instance.

  3. Confirm deletion by entering the instance name, then click Delete.

⚠️
Deleting a hosted service is permanent. All associated data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
