Support Center¶
The Support page can be accessed from the GeoSpatialHosting (GSH) Dashboard. From here, users can log and view their support tickets.

To log a support ticket, click the Create Issue button in the top-right corner. A form will open — fill in the following details:
Field | Description |

Enter your email address. If left blank, your registered email address will be used by default. | |
Subject | Provide a clear subject line for your issue. |
Issue Type | Select the type of issue you are reporting from the dropdown menu. |
Issue Details | Provide a detailed description of your issue. |
To add attachments, click the Add attachment button and select a file from your file browser. Once all required fields are completed, submit your ticket by clicking the Submit button.
