Overview

Kartoza was consulted on spatial technology in the early stages of this project, which influenced the decision to go with PostGIS and GeoServer. While StoneThree did all the Java system development and most of the front-end development, Kartoza has remained part of the team in a consulting and development role regarding spatial components.
